On the edge of the Magdeburg Börde, the future is a long time coming. The wind howls across the plowed fields. In the east, traffic rushes over the B81 to Halberstadt. Only the neon-green survey poles and the tiny crawler excavators on the horizon indicate that something big is about to happen here soon.
The tires of the construction site vehicles have dug into the muddy country lane. The tracks lead to a small container castle in the middle of the field. In front of it, two men in work clothes are smoking. Is this the Intel field? "Yes," replies the taller of the two. "If that's the case." It could be the chorus of this project.
