Is your new year's resolution is always to lose weight, eat healthier and work out more? But never succeeded? So is a new research project at Aarhus University might be something for you.

For the university looking right now young, overweight female participants to a project, which examines the importance of nutritious breakfast and training.

- Women must not already eat breakfast, work out more than once a week, and so their BMI being above 25 (take your here, red.), says associate professor at the Department of public Health, Mette Hansen to TV2 Østjylland.

In the first place hope university to find women between 18-22 years old, but the age limit can be set up if not enough sign up.

to use 100 women, through 2020 must be a part of the project.

They are divided into four groups.

One for those who continue not to eat breakfast, or work out. A where to start on breakfast, but still no training. A where to work out, but not eat breakfast. And a group for those who both need to start on breakfast and more frequent training.

Participants must be willing to submit stool samples, blood tests, urine tests, get a fuldkropsskanning and take a strength - and konditest.

- the Goal is to find the realistic method, so people continue with a healthier lifestyle. Training should be fun and affordable, and the breakfast should be easy, says Mette Hansen.

- the Women in the project should have a new start and reverse the vicious circle, and so we must find a way where they can keep the style, she continues.

so far, only five signed up to, but the university hopes that the time of year can get more on the field:
