This agreement, presented to the unions in the night of Wednesday to Thursday at the end of a final marathon session, provides for an increase in wages in two times, with a first revaluation of 90 euros in September and a second 90 euros net in march. As announced on Tuesday, it also includes a section on employment, with 15,000 new hires in public institutions, half of which correspond to job creation and the other half to the recruitment of staff who were previously not filled.

A draft agreement to be blocked for physicians
The project protocol of agreement "leads the state to a significant appreciation of the trades hospital," responded with the Agence France-Presse Zaynab Riet, general delegate of the Fédération hospitalière de France (FHF), referring to " an opportunity ". For doctors, no draft agreement has, however, been introduced at this stage, the discussions on Wednesday with the trade unions of hospital doctors had remained blocked for lack of progress on the envelope promised by the government, according to union sources. Last week, Olivier Véran had proposed a budget of 600 million euros for their salaries, including $ 400 million for physicians and $ 200 million for the interns and students. The unions were hoping for an extension to finance new levels at the end of their career, and an increase of the allowances of the guards and periodic penalty payments.
