UBS CEO Sergio Ermotti will start a new career. It will be proposed at the next annual General meeting for the Board of Directors of Swiss Re and is intended to replace 2021 then Walter kielholz as President.

Ermotti as new non-Executive and independent member of the Board for a one-year term at the next General meeting of shareholders of 17. April to propose and then 2021 to be nominated as the successor of the wood keel, the reinsurer, on Tuesday. The news Agency Reuters had already reported on the eve of it.

Ermotti had known to be given less than two weeks ago his resignation at UBS at the end of October of this year. In various media had been speculating that he would probably peel off after a so-called Cooling-off period 2022 to UBS Chairman Axel Weber.

Now he has to replace so instead, the long-standing Swiss Re Chairman Walter Kielholz to the Board of Directors top.
