More than 5 million people have received Tuesday, the order of the local authorities to remain confined to Melbourne, the second largest city of Australia, following an outbreak of cases of the novel coronavirus.

This containment will take effect from midnight in the night from Tuesday to Wednesday for a period of at least six weeks, said the Prime minister of the State of Victoria, Daniel Andrews.
