The flamboyant arms sales of the quinquennium of Francois Hollande are forgotten. In 2019, they have returned to more normal levels, as we learned from the recent publication of the Report to Parliament on exports of armaments from France. It is the year 2019, analyzing not the arms deliveries, which spread and smooth out in time, but the orders taken.
