China, by delaying the alert, the WHO, and sanctioning the "citizens, doctors and journalists" who wanted to do so, has delayed the global awareness and contributed to the panic on a planetary where we are barely out.
It is still China, which, through the Wuhan quarantine, has reinvented this archaic form of response that the world, as one man, one voice, in all languages, called the containment.
This is not to yield to the demon of the surinterprétation...
