We know the different characteristics, criticized fairly consensual, of neoliberal capitalism which is the version of capitalism that grows from the end of the 1970s in the OECD countries. Everything can be linked to the requirement of a cost-effectiveness very high level of capital to the shareholder (between 12 % and 15% depending on the years since the 1990s, whereas today the States finance themselves at interest rates between 0.5% and 1 %). This requirement leads to various disorders that were created in the OECD countries by neoliberal capitalism.
