The petition "Justice for the rooster Marcel", adds : "our rural activities, our animals, have the right to exist and live in peace, respected in their specificities and in their being. We are in the Ardeche, a proud rural area, then that will be the next victim : the song of the turtle doves, the harvest of the wheat, the tomatoes that grow, the braying of the donkey, the sound of our bell towers or the implementation of pasture for our cows ? ". The petition is addressed to the ex-minister of Agriculture Didier Guillaume and various associations for the protection of animals.
