The Japanese drummers Yamato celebrated the premiere of their new show "Tenmei" (Destiny) on Tuesday evening at the Kampnagel factory in Hamburg. The samurai had already recognized the effectiveness of the so-called taiko and let the big drums play before the attack: on the one hand this was supposed to wear down the opponent mentally and on the other hand to motivate the own fighters. In their show, the exceptional Japanese collective combines passion with perfect synchronicity and harmony, athletic elegance with humor and tradition with modernity. The "Drummers of Japan" can be seen at Kampnagel until Sunday (January 29).
