The weather in Germany is currently very uncomfortable, especially in the north, and there is even a threat of a storm surge on the North Sea coast, as the Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency (BSH) announced in Hamburg on Wednesday. Especially there on the coast, meteorologists expect storms and strong gusts of wind of up to 100 km/h, reports "Wetter.de".

According to a current storm surge warning from the BSH, the morning high water and midday high water would probably be three quarters to one meter higher than the mean high water on the East Frisian coast and in the Weser area.

Apart from the coastal areas on the North Sea, it is very wintry and uncomfortable in many parts of Germany this Wednesday, and according to several forecasts, thunderstorms are even possible in some places.
