From the height of her 4 and a half years, Aline realizes in her own way what her parents do for her: “Dad and mom, they do all that to get medicine to heal. The little doll relapsed in January 2021 and has since been in remission. But the treatment is heavy and his child's body had a hard time coping with the chemotherapy.

“Leukemia is a circulating cancer. It goes everywhere »

“These are adult treatments adapted to the size and weight of the child, explains Marianne. But their metabolism is not the same and had a hard time enduring everything. Chemotherapy, Aline has been living with since she was 4 months old. The treatment must continue until July 2023. Every day, she takes an oral syrup. Once a month, it's the intravenous, then every two months, it's the lumbar puncture with injection of chemotherapy.

“Leukemia is a circulating cancer. It goes everywhere, ”explains his mother, who found him some pretty headbands to hide the regrowth of his hair. “She is not ready to take it off yet, but she is very flirtatious. So, we found some with pretty patterns. “As long as Aline is not definitively cured, her parents will continue to fight. And even after, they confide.
