Joe Biden is to the left of the 28-year-old. Like her husband, he wears a blue suit. The bride is wearing a gorgeous lace wedding dress. She combined pearl earrings and a long veil. In the photo she is holding the bridal bouquet in her hands. The First Lady linked arms with the groom and opted for a teal coat. A bracelet of flowers can be seen on her wrist, matching the bride's bouquet.

It was the first time a president's granddaughter had walked into the iconic Washington D.C. building. was allowed to marry.
