At Christmas, many families swear by traditional and simple recipes such as the good old potato salad with wieners. But what if, after all these years, no family member can see him and certainly can't eat? We asked three TV chefs what their favorite childhood recipes are. The result was the perfect Christmas dishes: easy to cook, but very, very tasty. No wonder, because TV chef Christian Rach and TV chef Cornelia Poletto told us their grandmothers' special recipes - and, as everyone knows, grandma's recipes are always particularly good.
