An 83-year-old pedestrian died in a traffic accident in Lübben (Dahme-Spreewald district). As the police announced on Friday, the woman was hit by a 32-year-old's car on Thursday evening near the banks of the Spree. She succumbed to her injuries at the scene of the accident. Police said it was still unclear exactly how the accident happened.
