On June 4, around 5:18 a.m., road maintenance personnel observed a person under a fence at kilometer 338 of the A-3, as it passed through the municipality of Quart de Poblet (Valencia)

When the members of the Civil Guard Traffic Group arrived at the scene, they found a 47-year-old man lying face down, with his body off the road, on the gutter and his feet on the shoulder.

When checking the person's condition, they found that his mouth was full of foam and that he lacked a pulse. Without hesitation, they opened his jacket and performed CPR on him until he was revived. A few minutes later, his heart stopped beating, performing a new cardiopulmonary resuscitation until his pulse was restored.

Minutes later, a SAMU arrived at the scene and managed to stabilize him and take him to the hospital.
