The Civil Guard of the Talavera de la Reina Traffic Detachment's Attestation team has investigated a 41-year-old man for the crimes of driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages, refusing to carry out breathalyzer tests, lacking a driver's license drive and drive recklessly through urban sections, ignoring the signs of the agents.

On June 5, a Civil Guard patrol from the Valmojado post, in an operational device at the height of the town of Las Ventas de Retamosa, when going to stop the driver of a motorcycle, he began a large flight speed even on urban stretches, performing sudden and dangerous maneuvers and overtaking.

These agents quickly began monitoring them and reported it to the Services Operations Center (COS), which manages the emergency telephone number of this body 062, which alerted the patrols on duty by going out to meet them by making acoustic and light signals so that this driver stopped his march.

The driver of the motorcycle, after carrying out numerous abrupt maneuvers, seriously risking the integrity, not only of the agents, but also of other road users and possible passers-by who passed through this town, at kilometer 31,500 of the CM-4003 (road that joins the A-42 with the A5) at the height of the municipality of Las Ventas de Retamosa, suffered an exit from the road on the right margin, resulting in a slight injury to the only occupant and material damage.

Upon arrival of the Civil Guard police team, the driver of the motorcycle was observed under the influence of alcoholic beverages and when he went to perform the breathalyzer test on expired air, he refused.

Through the Traffic database it is verified that he did not have a driving license because he had never obtained one. Finally, the driver is investigated for four crimes against road safety, driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages, refusing to submit to breathalyzer tests, driving a motor vehicle without a license because he had never obtained it, and reckless driving.

The Valmojado Civil Guard patrol instructs police proceedings against this driver for an alleged crime of Serious Disobedience and a Crime of Attack on an Agent of the Authority and three judicial requisitions in force from several courts, the investigated was made available to the Court of First Instance and corresponding Instruction of Guardia de Torrijos.
