Agents of the National Police have arrested a twenty-six-year-old woman in Valencia as the alleged perpetrator of several theft crimes, after apparently stealing jewelry and money from at least three houses in the city where she worked as a domestic worker.

The investigations by the Judicial Police group of the Exposicion District Police Station began after the agents learned that several people had reported the disappearance of jewelry and money from their homes, without showing signs of forced entry on the doors or windows or finding scrambled interior. In total, to date, there would be three homes affected.

The police officers found out that the same woman worked as a domestic worker in all the houses and that she apparently had stolen the effects, selling various jewels in five houses of sale in Valencia in May, obtaining a profit of 2,634 euros. .

The suspect would take advantage of the absence of the purple people from the flats where she worked doing cleaning work to gradually seize jewelry and money, thus trying to avoid raising suspicions.

For all these reasons, the agents arrested the employee as the alleged perpetrator of several crimes of theft. The arrested woman, without a police record, has been taken to court. Investigations continue to fully clarify the facts, in case more people could have been victims of these robberies.
