A measure, which, just as it was established in the Alicante and Castellón TRAM service, is included in the Generalitat's Reactive Plan, aimed at helping citizens after the general rise in prices.

Thus, the Valencia Metro will be free this Sunday, May 15, one day before the start-up of the new Line 10 that will connect the city center with the Nazaret neighborhood passing through the City of Arts and Sciences.

In this way, Metrovalencia will enable an open door system with validating barriers out of service so that all citizens can use its trains and trams with complete freedom.

This campaign dedicated to promoting public transport in Valencia, which includes all trains and trams from the beginning to the end of the day, will also be extended to Sundays, May 22 and 29, as well as on this day in the months of June. and July.

To do this, Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat Valenciana is carrying out an information campaign about the initiative, offering all kinds of details on its usual channels, as well as on social networks and through public address systems at stations and platforms.

In the same way, Metro de Valencia has begun a fifty percent reduction in general fares and the integration of all public transport in Valencia in the new tickets called Suma.
