Dozens of people summoned by the Triángulo Foundation dyed the esplanade located in front of the Cortes de Castilla y León in color last night as a protest against the decision of the president of the regional Parliament, Carlos Pollán, not to illuminate the building with its own tones of the LGBTI Pride flag before tomorrow's celebration of the International Day of the collective.

Thus, and under the slogan 'Give color to the Parliament', the people who approached the esplanade of the parliamentary building illuminated their lanterns with the different shades that are part of the rainbow flag, symbol of the LGBTI community, to claim the rights of the same.

All this as a protest against a decision that, by letter issued in response to the request of the Triángulo Foundation, Pollán justified under the premise of "not making political or partisan use of the lighting policy" of the Parliament building.
