Agents of the Civil Guard have arrested a 28-year-old man in the Valencian town of Llíria who allegedly had more than 200 marijuana plants and more than 10 kilograms of dried buds prepared for distribution in his chalet, as reported by the armed institute it's a statement.

The 28-year-old detainee has been imprisoned by court order for a crime against public health (drug cultivation), another for electric power fraud and a crime of illegal possession of weapons.

The 'Kiparisas' operation began when a Civil Guard service patrol detected the smell of marijuana in a chalet in the municipality of Llíria, which had four air conditioners installed and working simultaneously.

At that time, police investigations began that pointed to the fact that it could be a point of preparation and distribution of drugs. Last April, a search of the property was carried out in which three rooms were found with a plantation of more than 200 plants in an advanced state of development, as well as an irregular connection to the general electrical network and a crossbow that the inhabitant had. of the house, illegally, as a security element.

In addition, the agents also seized more than 10 kilograms of dried buds prepared for distribution and sale. The Civil Guard arrested a man of Lithuanian nationality, 28 years old, who lived in that address and took care of the plantation.

The proceedings were delivered to the Court of Instruction and First Instance Number 5 of Llíria, which decreed his imprisonment, according to the armed institute.
