The mayor of Almonacid de Toledo, Almudena González Hernández, can now breathe easy. The Orgaz Court has filed the case against the mayor opened after the complaint of a group of people who illegally occupied some homes, and who later left due to neighborhood pressure, between the end of August and the beginning of September last.

As ABC has had access to the case file, the judge of the Investigating Court number 1 of Orgaz, María Teresa Sánchez Martín, has filed the case for "not appreciating the existence of any crime" in the complaint that they had filed against her due to coercion.
