The emeritus king Juan Carlos I has already disembarked from the boat that supports the 'Bribón', which has been first in the regatta this Friday in Sanxenxo (Pontevedra).

The former monarch has left the ship helped by the crew, among which was his host Pedro Campos. Both on the way along the jetty and on the way up the stairs to the dock, he has needed the assistance of those present and his cane.

Later, he got into his friend's car to go to Nanín's house where the emeritus, accompanied by his daughter the Infanta Elena, stayed for the weekend.

As reported by the Club Náutico, the 'Rogue' has been first in the tests carried out during the day, so for now it is at the head of the competition. They have also pointed out that the sea and wind conditions have been "spectacular".

Don Juan Carlos has docked at the Sanxenxo marina around 6:00 p.m. and has disembarked the support inflatable boat in which he has followed the tests and in which Pedro Campos, his friend and President of the Nautical Club.

The emeritus landed around 7:00 p.m. this Thursday at the Peinador Airport, in Vigo, after almost two years residing in Abu Dhabi. Infanta Elena was waiting for him at the aerodrome, who spent the night with him at Pedro Campos' house.
