King Emeritus Juan Carlos I has arrived at the Sanxenxo yacht club (Pontevedra), where he has been received by dozens of people who have acclaimed him with cheers of "Long live the king!" and "Long live Spain!"

Coming from a home belonging to his friend Pedro Campos, where he is staying this weekend, the emeritus got out of the vehicle dressed in sportswear and leaning on a cane. He is accompanied by an assistant and the mayor of the Pontevedra town, Telmo Martín.

Upon his arrival, dozens of people, many carrying mobile phones to immortalize the moment, cheered a very smiling Juan Carlos I who was wearing the polo shirt of the 'Bribón' crew.

The infanta Elena, visibly moved, has approached her father and has immediately withdrawn into the background.
