In the early hours of June 25, a man - who was arrested this Monday and taken to court - appeared at the Illescas Civil Guard and confessed to having had a fight with another man, whom he had left badly injured.

A Civil Guard patrol accompanied him to the scene of the events, in the town of Bargas, and found a man, already deceased, in the bed of a stream with his feet tied. The medical services that appeared at the scene certified the death of this person.

As it was a violent death, the Illescas Judicial Police and the Criminalistics Laboratory of the UOPJ of Toledo took charge of the investigation, and the alleged perpetrator was arrested this Monday, who has been brought before the Court of First Instance and Instruction number 2 of Toledo.

Civil Guard sources have confirmed these extremes, as well as the Government Delegation in Castilla-La Mancha.
