From 8 a.m. Saturday morning, the time slots available for the various stays will be offered on the company's website, which is expecting strong demand again this year.

“Chalets are indeed one of the most popular products, so they sell out the fastest. We expect that on Saturday there will be a lot of people on the starting line to reserve a chalet for next summer, ”summarizes the spokesperson for the company, Simon Boivin.

“Since the pandemic, people have got into the habit of booking in advance. [...] Over the past two years, in particular, there are many people who have discovered stays in national parks, wildlife reserves or in Sépaq establishments and who have enjoyed them. »

WAITING ROOM

The Sépaq offer will again be distributed according to defined time slots “in order to distribute traffic”. A virtual waiting room system is in effect and a random rank will be given to people who wait there.

“It distributes traffic and ensures fair access to chalets or the most coveted places. »

Notice to those who will miss the call of nature, not all the time slots will fly away at once, specifies Mr. Boivin. "It's the long weekends, the construction holidays and the weekends", which leave first, "but that doesn't mean that there is nothing left in the days that follow. »
