MADRID, 16 May. (EUROPA PRESS) -
The Spanish soccer team will play against Portugal at the Municipal Stadium of Braga on September 27 in the sixth day of the group stage of the League of Nations, the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) confirmed on Monday.
The duel in the town in the north of the Portuguese country will be the sixth and last game of the group stage of the League of Nations, a day that the federations of both countries will take advantage of to endorse the Iberian candidacy to organize the 2030 World Cup.
'La Roja' will open the competition on June 2, precisely against Portugal, at the Benito Villamarín Stadium in Seville. Three days later, Luis Enrique's team will play in Prague against the Czech Republic, and on the 9th they will face Switzerland in Geneva. On the 12th of that same month, he will face the Czechs again at La Rosaleda in Malaga.
