A thief returned to the scene of the crime in downtown Regensburg and was promptly arrested by the police. The 38-year-old had apparently let himself be locked up in a bar on Friday night and cleared out the employees' lockers there, the police said on Saturday. Among other things, he stole a piece of clothing that he wore himself when he returned to the scene of the crime on Friday evening. Officials who were just busy securing evidence arrested the man. It was initially unclear why the 38-year-old returned.
