Priscilla Presley wants to challenge Lisa Marie's will

Priscilla Presley (77) apparently wants to contest the will of her late daughter Lisa Marie Presley (1968-2023). On Thursday, Elvis Presley's (1935-1977) ex-wife reportedly filed documents in Los Angeles Superior Court challenging an "alleged amendment" to the will.

According to the documents, which are said to be available to "Page Six", Priscilla Presley has questioned the "authenticity and validity" of the will. In her application, she apparently challenges a change from 2016. As a result, the deceased's ex-manager, Barry Siegel, and Priscilla Presley were apparently removed from the trust and replaced as administrators by Lisa Marie Presley's eldest children, Riley Keough, 33, and Benjamin Keough. Since Benjamin took his own life in 2020 at age 27, Riley would be the sole administrator.

According to the report, Priscilla Presley is said to claim that she was first named co-trustee along with Lisa Marie's former manager back in 1993. Her daughter therefore filled out “a revocable trust agreement during her lifetime”, which she reformulated again in 2010. After that there was apparently a change that is dated 2016.

Priscilla Presley is said to claim in the documents that her daughter's signature on the 2016 document "does not match her usual and usual signature", apparently even the name was misspelled. In addition, the documents were not notarized and the 77-year-old was never informed of the change.

Lisa Marie Presley was the only child of Priscilla Presley and rock 'n' roll icon Elvis Presley, who were married for six years before divorcing in 1973. Lisa Marie Presley died of cardiac arrest on January 12 at the age of 54. On January 23, she was buried at the legendary family home, Graceland, in Memphis, Tennessee. In addition to Riley and Benjamin Keough, Lisa Marie Presley also had twins Finley and Harper Lockwood (14).
