On Friday, June 17, Mimizan will show flamenco and Sevillian dancings.

Friday, June 17, 2009, will see the Garden Center place the flamenco sign, including its songs and dances, at 9 p.m.

Flora Monteiro, along with her flamenco and Sevillanas students from Tralala Landes will present their first show entitled "See How We Dance". Kourro Cortes will accompany them, a guitarist and friend of Flora. It is a moment of joy, surrounded by passion and where rhythms and aesthetic figures know how to capture.

Flamenco dance expresses passion par excellence. These figures are almost performed on the spot according to distinct rhythms. The graceful movements of the dancers contrast with the pulsating feet on the ground. Flamenco has immured the Sevillana. It is a traditional festive dance that is performed in duet. It is usually performed in four-part series and will be further explored.

Tickets available on-site (5 euros) starting at 7:30 p.m.
