The Mallorca vacation ended for six men before they left Germany. Because they behaved "abusive and disrespectful" on Thursday before departure, the Ryanair pilot threw the passengers off the plane at Nuremberg Airport. According to the police report, the Malle vacationers were initially noticed because of their volume - the men were already heavily intoxicated. On the plane, they defied the flight crew's instructions, allegedly verbally abusing the staff.

According to the police, the crew repeatedly asked passengers to stop drinking alcohol they had brought with them and smoking e-cigarettes. Requests that the drunk vacationers ignored - with the corresponding consequences. The pilot decided to exclude the men from the flight and alerted the police.

The aircraft was already on the runway at this point and was forced to return to the terminal. Police officers from the airport border police escorted the six troublemakers from the plane with support staff. With a one-hour delay, the Ryanair flight finally took off for Spain – without the drunk men.

They now have to answer for violating the Aviation Security Act. And that could cost you significantly more than the holiday at the Ballermann: you could face a fine of up to 25,000 euros.

According to the tour operator Tui, Mallorca and Greece are increasingly popular destinations for late summer. "Since the pandemic, many vacationers have discovered late summer," says Tui Germany. The Spanish holiday island in particular benefits from this development.
