A 40-year-old man has been arrested after three people were shot outside a fast-food restaurant in Oberhausen. He is said to have been present at the act on Saturday evening, but did not shoot, as prosecutors and the police announced on Sunday. He is currently in police custody. According to the investigators, the suspected shooter is a 51-year-old man from Essen with Turkish nationality. A search had already taken place on him.
