The interest in capturing and retaining these professionals is enormous. The pandemic has accelerated the technological needs of all types of companies and now, the ability to generate and import talent does not cover the growth in demand. The phenomenon is aggravated among SMEs and small start-ups that do not have as much capacity as multinationals to raise wages and improve conditions. In this sense, the landing of digital hubs of large companies is detrimental to small businesses.
