The vice president of the Generalitat, Mónica Oltra, and her ex-husband Luis Ramírez Icardi were registered in the same house during the period, between August and November 2017, in which the Ministry of Equality and Inclusive Policies investigated "parallel" to the judicial investigation under way, at the discretion of the Audiencia de Valencia and the investigating judge, the abuses of the educator to a minor under guardianship in the residence in which he worked.

This has been confirmed -through a certificate to which ABC has had access- the City Council of Riba-roja de Túria, the Valencian town in which the family home was located. The request had been made by the head of the Court of Instruction number 15 of Valencia, which is investigating thirteen charges and officials of the regional department for the alleged cover-up of Icardi, who was sentenced to five years in prison and is awaiting the appeal filed before the Supreme.

The house of the leader of Compromís was her official residence, at least for the Administration, between May 2010 and April 2018. At that time both the abuses, produced between the end of 2016 and the beginning of 2017, as well as the victim's first complaint -in February of this last year- to which those responsible for the center did not believe.

In addition, this extreme supports the version offered by Oltra, who has always indicated that he knew about the abuses on August 4, 2017 when a judicial notice arrived at his house informing of the restraining order imposed on the aggressor on the minor of 14 years.

In fact, Icardi had his residence fixed in the house until nine months later, although from the councilor's environment they insist that the coexistence ended before and the official dates do not agree with what really happened with the couple.

The investigating judge - with the approval of the Prosecutor's Office - has asked the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community to charge the spokesperson for the Government of Ximo Puig, for being appraised, to appear in court before the indications, that his defense rejects, that it was Oltra who ordered the opening of an informative file to "discredit" the victim who exonerated the aggressor.

The decision of the magistrates of the Civil and Criminal Chamber is expected in the coming days. The three must also decide whether or not to take on the entire cause. At the moment, the Investigating Judge has not clarified exactly what crimes are imputed to the vice president, as her lawyers have recalled in her pleadings.
