After a specific call for witnesses in connection with the violent death of a flower seller in Lichtenfels, several wanted persons reported to the police. The investigators nevertheless asked five other people who had been in the vicinity at the time of the crime to be contacted on Saturday. The police had published an appeal for witnesses the day before, in which a total of twelve visitors to a nearby department store and passers-by were described, some of them very precisely.

The 50-year-old flower seller was found dead on Friday a week ago. The alleged homicide had caused great dismay in the Upper Franconian district town of Lichtenfels.
