On Monday, May 30, at 2 p.m. the gendarmerie was called and firefighters from Bourg-SaintMaurice were called to Landry's roundabout on the RN 90. A bucket left from a construction machine caused a foot injury to a worker.

An ambulance quickly arrived on the scene to provide emergency care for the victim. She was then taken to Bourg Saint-Maurice hospital. An investigation was launched to investigate the circumstances of the accident.
