A motorcyclist was very seriously injured when he collided with a car on Wednesday morning in Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes, in the Lanaudière region.

The motorcyclist would have suffered very serious injuries during the impact and resuscitation maneuvers were in progress during his transport by ambulance to the hospital.

The intersection has been closed to traffic for investigation purposes. Motorists are advised to avoid this area.
