After their win over Leinster 24 to 21, in Marseille on Sunday, the Stade Rochelais rugby team and their staff will be greeted with great fanfare in La Rochelle this Sunday, May 29, for a parade that will take place from the SNCF station at 7 p.m. to the Chain tower, on La Rochelle's Old Port.

Expect thousands of supporters to celebrate European champions who bring back the Champions Cup trophy to La Rochelle.

At the start of Sunday afternoon, preparations began for the party. There is a sound system in place with several speakers located at various points on the course. As the double-decker bus transports the heroes of today, and the cup progresses, two announcers will comment.
