The public prosecutor's office demanded 13 years and six months in prison for B. and the co-defendant Samuel V. V. is said to have driven B. to the scene of the crime knowing that the murder was imminent and picked him up again after the crime. The public prosecutor sees this as complicity. V.'s defense, on the other hand, demanded an acquittal from the murder charge.
