Burglars got into a weekend house in the municipality of Feldberger Seenlandschaft (Mecklenburg Lake District) and stole tools and a coin collection. As a police spokeswoman said on Tuesday, the owners from Berlin discovered the burglary and theft when they returned on Friday evening after a long absence. The property damage was estimated at around 18,000 euros.

The incident in the house of the 55-year-old owner happened in the district of Wrechen directly on the border between Mecklenburg and the Brandenburg Uckermark. According to previous investigations, the thieves stole, among other things, fishing rods and fishing accessories, lawn mowers, chain saws, a brush cutter and a hand-held circular saw. The crime period should be between September 25th and 30th.
