A horse torturer is up to mischief in the Wartburg district. In the past few days, an unknown person has cut a horse in a paddock in the Falken district of Treffurt, the police said on Monday. However, the injuries were not serious enough to require medical attention. The police are looking for witnesses who have information on the perpetrator.
