Iberdrola seeks to attract its 600,000 minority shareholders to its shareholders' meeting on June 17 and does so by putting on the table an 'involvement dividend' of 0.005 euros gross per share conditional on a 70% quorum.

Iberdrola proposes an economic incentive with the aim of motivating the participation of its thousands of shareholders in the meeting held by the company with the largest capitalization on the Ibex on June 17.
