In the last few months one dream after the other has burst. That's what you find out when you talk to people who want to build a house. They had to cancel their plans, return land, find their way around their rented apartment. But the numbers also show the shattered dreams: from March to December 2022, the number of new real estate loans fell by almost two thirds.
