Actually everything was settled. This week, the Bundestag should pass a law according to which tenants should no longer bear the CO2 costs for heating alone. At the end of October, the Federal Council should then give its approval, and it would have come into force in the new year. But things turned out differently. And now it is unclear whether landlords will have to pay from January or not.
