The man spoke to the 54-year-old woman through a window that overlooks the landing and she insisted on denying him entry to the home.
Also, according to the account of the two women, before leaving in the morning he had given the girl a push.
The woman assured the police that she had never reported him "out of grief", but added that on previous occasions she had also attacked him, something that according to the female was aggravated by alcohol consumption.
However, on this occasion she did want to file a complaint, something that the police have already done, and for this reason she no longer wanted the man to enter the house.
