SG Flensburg-Handewitt has extended the contract with goalkeeper Kevin Möller until June 30, 2027. The Bundesliga team announced this on Saturday before the home game against German champions SC Magdeburg. "I'm very, very happy that we managed to continue convincing Kevin of the SG," said SG trainer Maik Machulla.

The Danish national goalkeeper played for the North Germans from 2014 to 2018. He then went to FC Barcelona for three years before returning to Flensburg in 2021. "We are a strong team and we will hopefully celebrate some successes together during this time," said the 33-year-old Möller.
