Two men tried to enter a Grenoble residence on Avenue Edmond-Esmonin. A witness alerted police immediately.

The report of the suspects was presented to the police officers who were part of the anti-crime brigade. They arrested one of them, rue Claude-Kogan.

The 39-year old man was found to be in possession of a knife, and was in an undocumented situation on French territory. His residence permit had expired in December 2020.

He was taken into custody
