Sabrina Fleisch: Of course, a decision has to be made first. And that starts in the head. Above all, I need motivation to really want to do something to change something. I need a positive vision of the future that motivates and drives me. This gives me the energy I need to reach my goal. On the other hand, I also need a negative image of the future. That means: What happens if I don't change? A negative vision of the future is associated with pain and suffering and that is why I am willing to change my behavior.
