After meeting an acquaintance, who beamed about the discovery of three Krausen hens, I thought that such luck would look good on me. Curly hens, also known as fat hens, are tasty, bath-sponge-like forest mushrooms. I don't know anything about wild mushrooms, but I do know an expert who, like me, has a strong inclination towards pleasure. I asked him for a little time, so last Saturday we hit the bushes with a basket and a mushroom cleaning brush.
