The Toledo firefighters have extinguished a fire that broke out on Tuesday afternoon in the Vega de Toledo park, in the area of ​​the existing rodadero on Diputación street and very close to the Traffic School Park. Half a thousand square meters of grass have been affected by the fire, according to what municipal sources have told ABC.

It has been the neighbors who, alerted by the thick smoke they could see from their homes, have notified the firefighters, who have come quickly to put out the flames. Local Police officers from a patrol have also appeared at the scene.

This fire reminds of the several that occurred last summer in this same area and that it was shown that they were intentional, although, at the moment, it is unknown if this one has also been intentional.

As reported by ABC, in the first days of August 2021, fires similar to this afternoon's had already occurred in this same area.
